The quantity you book and pay for is the total scope of works. A booking of 3 trailer loads covers exactly 3 trailer loads. If more material, loads or time are identified on site, they're chargeable as a variation at the rates published on this site — and only proceed once you approve and pay for them. No surprises, in either direction.
